How many sessions do I need?
This depends on a lot of factors and is difficult to say. Some people find just a few sessions enough, while others look for longer-term support. You can start with just one session and decide each time if you would like to book another session or not. If it feels helpful, we can have regular reviews on how you find the work is going and whether you feel it's going well or not.
How do I book a session?
You can contact me by using the contact form, send me an email or phone to arrange a free 30-minute chat first, or book a session directly. I'll send you a contract and payment details once we've agreed our first session time.
