Low mood is a normal part of life, but it can become overwhelming when it lasts for long periods. You might notice symptoms such as tiredness, difficulty sleeping, irritability, low motivation, or loss of interest in things you usually enjoy. If prolonged, low mood can also lead to social isolation or affect your physical health. For coping strategies, please have a look here:
