I’m a qualified Humanistic Integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
All that means for you is that our work together will be adjusted to your story. Together, we will find out what works for you. I work in a trauma-informed way. Real progress happens when you feel safe with someone. That's what I aim to create. I have helped people feel more in control and safe again, and I'd like to help you too.
My work is LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive of all identities, orientations, and relationship types, and those in the kink community. I welcome everyone as they are.
Qualifications
I trained for my Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling with Redlands Counselling and Training, and have done further training to develop my skills supporting people affected by trauma and abuse, as well as those experiencing self-harm, suicide and distress.
I'm fully insured, DBS checked (available on request). I have regular supervision and ongoing training to make sure our space is safe and supportive.
