I’m a qualified Humanistic Integrative counsellor and a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).
Using a person-centred, integrative approach, our work together will be tailored to fit your unique story, blending different methods to support your growth, healing, and self-understanding.
My previous experience of supporting adults through various challenges will help us work together to help you through those experiences yourself. I offer a space that is LGBTQIA+ affirming and inclusive of all identities, orientations, and relationship styles. It is also kink-friendly, welcoming diverse ways of relating with respect and understanding.
Qualifications
I hold a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling from Redlands Counselling and Training, along with further training in Suicide First Aid and Mental Health Awareness. My continuing professional development includes additional training in working with trauma, self-harm, and suicide. I am fully insured and DBS checked, and I work to create a safe, ethical, and supportive environment through regular supervision and ongoing professional development in line with BACP standards.
